Yes of course! Before we start any project we need to get to know you and your business so we can provide you with the ultimate custom made site. Initial consultations can be carried out over the phone and without any pressure sales techniques, we want you to want to work with us.
When you enquire for website development please tell us if this is something you would to do when your website is finished. We can provide editorial access for you so you can make text and image changes but this is only available on some of our custom website packages.
If you do not have editor access or need a visual change, please email our ticket system and our team will complete your request.
All our websites come with a years free hosting* and if you are on a monthly subscription this will remain free for the duration of your contract. All our custom built 'one-off' payment websites will need hosting after a year to keep your website running and functioning.
Although it sounds counterintuitive, we can't promise that, and if someone tells you they can, be wary! All we can promise you is that our team of SEO specialists will do their darnedest to get you as highly ranking as possible. As Googles algorithm changes continuously, so does our methods to ensure you are on the first page of most search results relating to your business.
All of our websites have meta titles, meta descriptions, alt tags and open graph images included. They are built with SEO in mind and include fast hosting which helps them to rank well within search engines. However, to excel within Google and other search engines, we would recommend taking out an SEO package alongside your website package for optimum results and return on investment (ROI).
